The YWCA thrift store is located in the Multnomah County East building in Gresham and is open to the general public. The cost of merchandise ranges from 50 cents to $5 and includes:
- womens, mens and childrens clothing
- shoes
- household goods
- books
- costume jewelry
The thrift store is run by a dedicated team of volunteers and provides job skills training to participants of workforce development programs. It also partners with a number of local agencies to provide shopping vouchers to clients in need.
The YWCA accepts tax-deductible donations from the general public for its thrift store. We request that items are in good working condition and are dropped off by appointment only. To coordinate a drop off contact the Senior Services team at (503) 988-3840.
The YWCA thrift store operates Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.
