The YWCA of Greater Portland is governed by a Board of Directors and supported by an Advisory Board and Leadership Board. Our work is also supported by a deeply committed volunteer base, which enables us to further extend our reach and impact.

The YWCA staff are our greatest asset, bringing a broad range of experience and skills to our team. Our team comprises people from all walks of life, resulting in a diverse yet uniquely cohesive unit of bright, energetic, and passionate individuals, who are dedicated to our mission of eliminating racism, empowering women, and promoting peace, justice, freedom, and dignity for all.
